We have combined sports practice and scientifically based fitness to create a program like no other. Our high tempo workouts burn around 500-750 calories in just 50 minutes. It doesn’t stop there. This design causes a state called Excess Post Exercise Consumption, or EPOC. Studies have found this accounts for another 500+ calories over a 48 hour period. Cardio or strength training alone does not have the same effect.
